Best way for a non-coder to backtest his trading strategy?

    You're welcome.

    Chances are, you'll find what you need without needing books and without needing paid videos. But for advanced topics, you'll probably need good books.

    I agree entirely. I‘ve been doing this every night for some time, which started to pique my interest more and more in algos. Stay tuned.

    Be warned that backtesting sytems, manually or automatically, can become extremely addictive.

    And once you start there is no coming back, this activity will consume you and haunt you for life, as you keep hunting and searching for that elusive Holy Grail system...

    I don't believe there is any special support. Though, if you don't require special handling you might just treat them as any other time series. I never tried myself
