I am looking for a NY based prop firm that has traders making 200k+/yr for the last several years, and someone who is willing to train me or at least let me sit next to him and watch and ask questions. Seems like this is the best way to learn. I am willing to put up capital and negotiate a profit split so this Trader is not wasting his time.
