Forget seminars. The good ones (if there are any) are few and far between, and probably overpriced in any event. Here is the best way to learn options: http://www.amazon.com/Rookies-Guide-Options-Beginners-Handbook/dp/193435404X/ref=asap_bc?ie=UTF8 It will take you all the way from zero to the intermediate level. Hard to beat that kind of training in one place. Here is a good way to learn forex (and it's free!) : http://www.babypips.com/school Can't help you with futures, hopefully somebody else will. Good luck.
I definitely agree with learning about the market much more than I know now. I am trying to learn as much as possible. But I will not avoid videos or books. Got to learn mate. And I certainly will not avoid options, futures, or Forex. This is where my interest lie. But I do get the overall theme of not going to seminars. Which is fine. Seminars, OUT! And I am going to get all books recommended as well. I know I will lose money. And I am prepared for it. Got to pay my dues somehow. But I can limit them more than some others out there I think, due to being an emotionless left-brained type person. K
