What I learned Losing a Million Dollars by Jim Paul and Brendan Moynihan.

 

I would also add Ari Kievs A Plan for Daily Living. Not really a trading book, but I think its his best work and will definatly apply to trading well (and life in general) for anyone who bothers to take a few hours to read it.
