Hi, Trading stocks, IB has a 0.5c commission. This works out well for small transactions like a few hundred stocks, but when placing large orders, say 10000 stocks its very expensive. OTOH, I like their TWS for order execution. Its quick and simple to rapidly cancel and replace orders and when shorting they are quick to let you know if the stocks available to short. So, I stay with TWS and pay the commission but are there alternatives? I've looked at few other trade stations and they don't impress, any recomendations?
