Not concerned with portfolio-testing at all. Seems like a lot of new systems out from when I looked last. Just looking for the most accurate (and reliable) backtesting software. I'd like to be able to test on a wide range of markets, and obviously the quality of data is a concern (if I can't import my own). From your experiences, what program would best suit my needs? Thanks in advance!
Disregarding speed, all backtesting platforms do the same thing. It's a matter of having a deep insight on how "trading works" and avoiding common pitfalls on testing.
You may try our product Stock Predictor http://www.ashkon.com/sp.html Also products like Tradestation, Amibroker, Omnitrader are worth mentioning. TradingBoy
on a second thought, is there a software that doesn't require you to have knowledge of programming language, sort of point and click software?
sadly enough, wealth lab pro is drag and drop to converting complex programming pro. Similar programs exist, but fidelity will give you a demo for a while.
