Can someone please let me know what is the best series 3 preparation course for those who are not finance major?

  2. just buy the study guides from STC. you'll do fine.

  3. I agree with this guy, just study your self, no need for a class. Finance major wouldn't help in the least.

  4. Cut to the chase with a local instructor.

Its 2 to 3 days plus materials and homework and you get to review up to date versions of the tests.

All credentialing tests are a walk in the park once you get the testing techniques down. Knowledge is not at issue.

  5. STC or Dearborn.... ...I liked STC.

you definitely do not need a course for the series 3. From what I remember its a lot of hedging and regulation questions. Taking a few practice exams is fine.

  7. I recently took the 3, I have the STC text and CD for sale .

    I have a thread under Classifieds- 75.00 + shipping

I heard STC was best, worked for me.
