Martin, you have ZERO sense of humor. Which is too bad, as I tend to love British humor and comedians. No, the discussion we were trying to have was about Rick and his views on QE. And apparently that didn't get anywhere because other then you don't like the fact that he screams, I for the life of me can't figure out your complaint.
I was playing with old song lyrics, so don't get too excited, but Tsing claimed Martin was defending QE.
Must be smth lost in translation then... And yes, I am a massive fan of British humor myself. Like I said, my complaint about Rick is the same complaint that applies to most talking heads on TV (as you pointed out). To paraphrase Elvis, "a little less conversation, a little more action". Rick is just a specific example. As to the QE and the Fed, our friend TT almost got me started off on a tangent by accusing me of being a defender of the Fed (guilty as charged) and a proponent of QE (not guilty). To be fair, I did ask whether he cared to hear my thoughts and I would be more than happy to refrain.
Oh, don't make me go searching for all of your pro-Fed posts. I know there is a support of QE in there somewhere.
Just curious, but how can you be a defender of the Fed and anti-QE? Unless you're limiting yourself to how Bernanke shaves his beard or something. It's like saying you're for Obama, but against wealth redistribution.
Isn't it this very thread which provides data the gini coefficient for the US has gone up during Obama?
Huh? There are two ways to re-distribute wealth. By way of the law or by way of the gun. Stalin used a gun. Obama the law. I fear the gun is not too far off though.
So, you are saying inequality has increased under Obama. I would agree but I don't think that is what you are trying to say. You are just too retarded to speak coherently.
