Hi I am using a strategy that results in 1 trade a month. My goal is something with close to delta of 1. I am not sure if I should us stick with LEAPS or go with 2-3 months forward expiration options with same delta. Can someone explain the pros and cons of both. Thanks!
For some reason I love to trade QQQQ options worth $0.20 in the second nearest month to expiry. I only trade one at a time but I usually make between $20-$30 a month. If the market was structured better for the electronic trader I would trade bigger lots.
%% Razf; Long story short,3-6 months better/ITM; if you get direction wrong , leap will not, repeat will not help, especially wih average 1 month in the money trade.
