Best providers for historical data (no realtime)

  1. I'm currently using IQFeed for historical data. They're ok except for the fact that their historical data doesn't go back very far. 2005 or 2006 and I'd like to get data going back much further. What other options do I have? What I like about IQFeed is that you get delayed historical data for all futures which is perfect for me. When I look at eSignal and others, it seems you have to pay exchange fees for all futures you want even if it's only historical. Maybe I'm not understanding all the fees correctly but that's the way it appears.

Basically i'd like oil, gold, bonds, etc. going back as far as possible.

    Thanks

  2. I try using OpenTick to pull up a chart of CL from 2006 and I get an error "You are not entitled to realtime data". It does work with ES though.

  3. I found out esignal on demand has historical 1 minute data without exchange fees, however the data only goes back 120 days. Still searching..
