The main reason for the last release was to introduce options on futures to the system and test them. They are in their final stages of testing with the exchange and if nothing unexpected comes up they should be ready the week of April 21st - they never make big changes during options expiration week. I agree they tend to give unrealistic target dates, but they have already done all the work for this one and are just finishing it up. Give them until the end of the month before you give up.
