Best platform for strategy testing?

I believe it was bought by Fidelity and you need a Fidelity brokerage account to use it.

I agree Mark. I use TS, MC (EL version) and Amibroker.
Howard Bandy put out some nice books with AB code. Sample EL codes are more plentiful.

I am just starting to try out C++ based Sierra Chart, which also works with many brokers.
