  2. Frankfurt Germany;

As a night owl, the time is perfect for me to trade the SNP's. I go to bed at 4 a.m. and get up at noon. Workout, eat and am ready for the U.S. Bond opening at 2:30pm/ trade until 10pm and then go out to some of the best night life in Europe!
Frankfurt is the Financial Hauptstadt of Europe, so there are plenty of Trader and Finance types to talk shop with.
Also, the women! Coming from the US, I am used to "ditzy American" women who are very, lets' say, inhibited! And since there are so many banks from so many countries, it is not uncommon to be sitting at a table with 5 different nationalities!
The information I can gather is firstrate!
Then when I want, I can take my Porsche out on the Autobahn and drive it at the speed it was, or is intended for! Going 180mph down the bahn is like being short 100cars in the maxi snp when sell programs hit! A serious RUSH!
In less than 2hrs I can be anywhere in Europe! Most weekends are to Greece or the Adriatic coast. It is really unlimited!
Shopping, dining, and social activities are first rate. People are better cultured than in NY or London.
As far as taxes and such, it is expensive. But that is why I trade. And the same reason I drive Porsche and wear Hugo Boss; it is all about the quality and lifestyle, is it not?

  5. South America

Check out Bariloche in Patagonia, Argentina

Imagine Lord of the Rings mountains, swiss lakes, and canadian vegetation, without extreme heat or cold.

If you're loaded like Joe Lewis you can buy lots of (almost) virgin territory and have your own country within another country.

No roads, no infrastructure at all, though.

Joe Lewis uses his helicopter from the Bariloche airport to go to his house. Only internet available is satellite.

For loaded, reclusive traders only. I pass but it would be a nice place to spend your golden years.

I don't know anything taxation in Argentina, I guess there are lots of loopholes like most overregulated countries, but political, social turmoil are big minuses to settle more than part time here. Chicks are hot in the capital city, Buenos Aires (but many have a huge attitude wtf)

  6. Frankfurt is the most boring city in Germany and perhaps of the whole of Europe, with the exception of Tirana of course. With electronic access to the markets, better choose Münich or Berlin if you need to live in Germany. Even tiny Düsseldorf is more fun, more culture and more lively. If you want to live in the REAL Financial Capital of Europe, choose London. And as for night life; there's where the real good fun is.

    Just my 2 (euro)cents...

Some people really have no idea!
Frankfurt a fun place? What's next... Baghdad the safest place in the world?

Hey dude I think you travel too fast with that Porsche and can't see a damn thing around you.
Buy a Vespa and travel south, that's a beginning.

    (hey don't take it personally :D )

    Hey Nana :D
_Warm climate? geez man ,let's say f@ckin hot and sticky even in December
-Boggling dishes?...Yup sure if you can taste something with a toungue burning like hell!(Give me 10 spring rolls, some saparrot and Teng moh and I'm a the fecking happiest guy, for the rest of the day)
Totally agree with all the rest.
I moved from Spain and travelled all around Thailand 9 months last year, from Pattani to Chiang Rai (missed the tsunami for 1 week when I was in koh Lanta...wheew), then I found my favourite place (well so far...I like to change, ya know!), and I'm not telling the name here 'cause there are already too many falangs for my taste...I just say: if you come here in Thailand..go south, ...remember south !,no north..north is really bad..go and stay south

And by the way the best thing of Thailand among many things is the PEOPLE.
The most funny and friendly people i've ever seen in my life!
They are the best asset of Thailand na khup!

    wadee!!:p
