Hello all, I was wondering what software you traders use for monitoring performance (PnL) and calculating all of the various ratios that are pertinent to hedge fund managers (i.e. sharpe ratio and etc...). I was going to create an excel spreadsheet and manually program all of the relavent ratios and calculate PnL with user defined time periods myself. However, if there is a software package that can do this sort of thing for me, I'd rather just buy it. Please note that I trade Futures so I need software that I will be able to copy and past my PnL results into and which can do calculations on base 32 and base 64 prices. In particular, I am looking for performance software which can calculate all the relavent Hedge Fund Ratios (those ratios which Investors look at when they decide on which hedge funds they will invest in). I guess you can say software for beginning hedge fund managers.... Thank you very much. I appreciate your input...
