hard agree, scalping requires very strict trading discipline otherwise you can easily loose all the profit that you make in a single trade.
discipline is important to bring profit by scalping but as a beginner that is really a challenging to keep discipline.
For scalping, I mostly prefer using major currency pairs like EURUSD or JPYUSD since their liquidity is higher and, with a good broker and strategy, consistent profit is possible.
Broker recommendations are really becoming hard with each new day we heard a new broker joining the industry while many leaving at the same time.
Maybe discipline is something easy to say but so hard to implement for the most beginner, scapling as short term trading would to profitable with discipline.
the success of scalping depends on your money management. so build a powerful MM and bring profit by scalping.
EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY are a few best scalp pairs as they bring in a high volume and a high level of liquidity
I prefer to scalp on EURUSD, but sometimes browse another pair to look for better volatility including GBPUSD, On most points, the pair still has a low spread.
As you will be majorly focusing on reducing spreads and your overall trading costs, all major currency pairs would work fine for you.
