Best P2P?

What would any of you suggest as the best P2P software? Are any of them moresafe than the others or are they all a ticking time bomb?

Bittorrent for bigger files. Azureus is a good BT client. eMule for smaller files like single mp3s.

 

For music and easy to use, Limewire...

I got LimeWire Pro, still get viruses from it if your not careful. If this is for music I suggest Soul Seek. I have been using it for several months with no hitches.
