Nah, I'd rather stay up and chat with you ... and for the record, I think his chart looks much better: ... and to think, all you need to measure a REVERSE DIVERGENCE is drum roll please ... Yes, still holding last lot long, you should walk over to Shorting DAX thread mate, bring your wisdom and beer
Jimmy - Sure take every divergence trade you see like that and tell me how you do....lol! If it was that easy everyone would be trading 100 lots...knowing exactly when and where to take the most optimal set-ups takes a precise method.
If you buy low & sell hi + employ correct money management and bother to use correct risk reward ratios, then by all means take all divergences and results should be pretty darn good, lose some, win more Trust me, I am a piker that hates giving money away. I'll tell you one more thing, until recently I was losing money pretty consistently, once I realised that trading (my way) 1-2-3 minute charts requires scaling out it changed, so far it's very very good. And of course try and remain calm when trading, the more you trade, the more you get used to losing AND winning. 11.03am DAX 2nd higher low in histogram, takers? where is stop, target? Stop could have been -3-4 points, no big deal as target could easily have been +10 11.10 am Re-enter? It's either 7955 (+13+14) vs 7937 (-3-4) another -3 watvhing histogram on 1 minute 11.20 am Another long? same level, same stop?
... and that's where your special secret sauce Traders Internatinal stochastics come into play, right? Yep, you've got the plan, (we all saw how well it worked out for them) JJ
No TI failed at that because their method was not precise at all. The Felton method is very precise or I would not be using it, and their signals on charts automation that is coming out would not be possible without defined rules for coding.
