  2. Heard from the guys at Sierra Chart that Rithmic is not supporting Windows XP in their new API. Any reasoning behind this if true? XP is still the majority of Windows desktops out there. You would be cutting off a lot of users if this is the case.

    Yes, I receive same info from R|API announcement, but you have some mistakes. .Net version of API supported on all platform, mentioned by You limitation regarding Windows XP correct only for C++ version.

    On my opinion, top performance solution and low-latency is best to deploy on linux-like environment, because Windows isn't realtime system on scheduling level.
