Looking to start trading futures. Does anyone have any advice to get the best data feed, execution platform/broker and charting service. I was thinking Ib with quotetracker, but read the thread that they only update the volume twice per minute. As realtime volume is important in my trading , can anyone recommend something. Would MB trader with Quotetracker be sufficient or is it necessary I pay for a data feed. thanks
They update twice per second. There are so many combos of firms, software, etc, that you will find many opinions both ways.
This has been discussed many times. Use the search in the top right. Take it slow. The market will always be there. Your money may not if you jump in too fast.
