there is no difference between demo and live trading , but traders cant focus on there , because in demo no real money there is.

Imo, beginners should avoid using leverage right away after entering the live trading account. They should wait for sometime and not use high leverage initially.

Trading demo and a live account are entirely different. Demo account is just an educational tool for newbies to get the feel of the trading platform. Demo fails to develop trading psychology in a trader.
