low leverage can be more dangerous if you trade with zero risk management including non-sense planning.

 

beginners should not trade with any leverage ratio first of all. but if they want , they can practice it in demo not live at all.

 

yes demo is perfect for testing any issues.

 

right now I am using some exotic pairs in a demo to see the performance and how it works.

 

the beginners level always looking for a good result by using high leverage ratio but this is not possible at all due to poor money management,.

 

there is no best trading leverage for beginners until having strong money management plan.

risk management is a great skill and to be experienced about this is challenging and long time issue , so beginners lost interest after passing sometimes when trying practically.
