when i was a new in trading , i never used any kind of leverage ratio , its really a risky issue . so newcomers should avoid it .
this is good but for making profit very rapidly newcomers generally use high leverage. high leverage always contains high risk , so traders should be more careful when using leverage.
Beginners should trade with a demo account if they have no trading experience, and for those that have demo experience and are looking to trade live, they should use lower leverage to avoid high losses.
As a beginning trader, it's important to keep your leverage modest at first because doing so exposes you to less distress. With leverage comes the obligation to succeed, and in my opinion, starting out with low leverage reduces risk. Forex traders should select the leverage level that they feel most at ease with. A lesser degree of leverage, can be preferable if you're cautious and don't like taking numerous risks or if you're still learning how to trade in forex.
