Yes, the native society thing is a good thing to consider. Jillian Michaels has a radio show, she interviewed a doctor Gunding who has a book out, it sounded very interesting. All I caught was him talking about how eating fruit out of season is not good. Rarely does somebody of his calibre write a book about nutrition, he is a heart surgeon who saw alternative medicine cure a patient so he got interested. He goes into gene switching by diet and I don't know what all, I earmarked his book at amazon...
what's your point, or do you perhaps the slow decaying rotting flesh of a stinking cow in your freezer is more to your liking
dude give it up already. Nobody here is going to change to some crazy vegan diet because some anonymous poster at ET is all about it.
One thing about veggies is that the best way to preserve them is by freezing. If somebody is working towards a better diet, and veggies have to be the mainstay of a good diet, way more than fruit, frozen veggies are available everywhere. Just break off a chunk, put them in a dish with a half cup of water and a cover with a little space to release pressure and hit the sensor reheat button on the microwave. Toss in a pat of butter and some sea salt and repeat 2-3 times a day, you will replace a lot of junk food and unnecessary food with veggies.. And AS, get a life.
you didn't read it, you moron Esselstyn, Jr., M.D., The Cleveland Clinic in Ohio http://www.heartattackproof.com/ too funny
