Saint doesnt care about any facts or real knowledge, his goal is just to piss people off or shut his eyes to things that dont fall into his warped perspective...or both
if you call accepted science "warped" guilty as charged. you have the problem.. specifically you have no appreciation of science, and no understanding of the nature of evidence and how to evaluate it. add to this a woeful lack of understanding of biology. not your fault entirely, many many people just don't know how to approach a problem and make reasonable conclusions from data
LOL saint think we should all accept science as an absolute that never changes....he also still thinks the world is flat
Had myself a nice piece of miso glazed alaskan black cod last night, extremely delicious. Cod supposedly is a "healthy fish" as long as its not fried from Long John Silvers
your plate probably had other stuff on it, right? but it's telling that that you'd only mention the fish. like that's most important of everything you consumed that meal. you mention the fish you din't say "had myself a great sprig of broccoli!" or 'those steamed brussel sprouts were out of this world" do you see the difference in the way you frame your meals? fish or meat is of very very secondary importance.. the veggies are (or should be) the main course. of, BTW, hope you enjoyed the extra helping of mercury with that Cod http://www.fda.gov/fdac/reprints/mercury.html
Talking of Broccoli, and other Veg's, I recently tried those steaming bags for steaming 'fresh' vegetables in the microwave (not the frozen bags of veg's that you put straight into the microwave). They make an incredible difference to the flavor of the Veg's, especially Broccoli. If you avoid fresh vegetables because of the flavor, or having to boil or pan steam etc..., it is well worth trying these out. I've being eating a lot more recently, and enjoying the flavor. I can easily enjoy a small piece of fish, with a large plate of veg now, as opposed to wanting a starch, or a larger piece of protein.
