That's what I was tellinghysically in Estonia or problems. As you mentioned you are from Finland, I thought you were living in Finland too. But if you live in Estonia there are no problems at all if you follow the rules.
In Estonia there's a lot of talk about the situation changing in the near future. It will still be pretty decent but you might have to draw a salary from the LLC if you have no other employment in Estonia. I traded with the exact setup @TickSeeker described and for the moment, he is correct. Most Estonians do seem to prefer a Latvian LLC nowadays as the rate is lower, although the filing is more difficult - I recall reading electronic filing wasn't available. @CSEtrader is from Russia, so even Russians seem to believe Bahamas are in Europe...
That was my point. Go to Estonia for some years as a project and then return. Just for an example: If you are consistently very succesful trader lets say doing 50% p.a. You do it next 10 years. Here in Finland you will pay about 20% tax annually which will give you your equity back about 6 times. But if you do this little "project" in Estonia you will get it 46 times back. Think about it. Huge difference. Also in the case of Finland at the end of this 10y period you have the equity still in the business. Now you have to withdraw it and AGAIN you will pay taxes making the results lot of more worst In the case of Estonia you're taxed once and free to go.
Let them talk It won't be much if this change will come. As long as we can trade TAX 0% it's a real deal. But the day when they will remove 0% rule it's time to lift the clutch. They know it and they won't remove it.
Sorry, you missed it - your hate towards Russians and Jews obscured your views one more time. Don't worry, you are not only one, antisemitism and russophobia are old illnesses, hope you can heal. As for my post - Dubai is also not in Europe, do you know about that? And this what was my reply about.
Yes, well few weeks maybe will be just a little bit more, but the whole process is enjoyable and not hard. I hope you will think about - it is really can be paradise! Please, feel free to PT me should you need more info.
We had then a long checking by Interpol and I do not know who else before they grated us the residency, but with not Russian names I think you will avoid this .
