So, do not forget the Bahamas! Not so hot, 0% taxes, amazing ocean, lobsters, fishes, friendly smiling people with still genuine values and if you wish culture and many people, in only 35 minutes you are in Miami.

  4. Doesn't sound very hard:

What I know you have to purchase a property. It's the "hardest" part :)

  5. Ok, basically you just have to invest like 500,000 USD. If you invest 1.5 Mio. USD or more, the whole process will be even faster and you will receive your residency within a few weeks. Nice !

So it is the true tax haven and safe harbour for your money to grow without your home fiscal authorities to steal a penny? Really? C`me on!

I agree with you. As soon as the home fiscal authorities know about this construction they will taxe him in Finland. Unless he can proof that he was always in Estonia physically when he was executing the trades.

He would better take an offshore and pay no taxes at all. Would have the same risk as he has now and should pay no taxes at all.

  10. If you have an office in Estonia why you would go to trade in Finland ?!

Of course you can visit Finland weekends and holidays but be sure you do not do it more than 182 days / year.

This is how it works. In practice. There is no "risk".

The key thing is you cannot have an apartment, business or wife/kids in Finland. You have to live fully in Estonia.
