*best* is sort of subjective... every platform has strengths and weaknesses.

well what i meant was in a perfect world , a software (for equity) will have all strenghts and 0 weaknesses.

What are those things that will make it so?

Still subjective. A perfect world for scalping is different to the one for daytrading, which in turn is different for swing trading, which in turn is different for position trading...
