Best deal on Dell monitor?

  1. I bought my two 20inch wide screen's (2005FPW) from Dell for about $370 a piece from posts on www.slickdeals.net . There may be some current coupon codes posted on that site that could benefit you. Also, www.newegg.com has a few LCD monitor deals going today.

I've found this one to be excellent also: http://www.gotapex.com/deals.php

They seem to lead the page with the Dell deals, but have quite a few other deals also.

Bad idea, IMO. The price is POOR for only 90-days warranty. Suggest you make sure to get 3-year warranty.

  8. to dell or not to dell....i am by no means a 'nerd' when it comes to computers...out of ALL the computers that i have owned (desk and lap) only one monitor went t*ts up....and that was the monitor on a gateway laptop and i paid $800 to get it fixed (that's when laps were BIG BUCKS)....my point....90 days or the standard 1 year.....the screen is not going anywhere...in my opinion....one's junk is anothers' treasure

  9. now here is a real good deal...i work in iraq and do some of my 'buying' in the PX...what's nice about that is there is no tax and if the item goes 'south' AAFES replaces the item right away...no questions asked.....cool.....the computer selections are not as good as in the good ol'e USA but hey, this is a war zone, give me a break...

Industry standard is actually 3-year except for the cheapo LCDs. $299.99 and only 90 days warranty is poor value.
