Has the option composite quote of all option exchanges been implemented in at financial yet? There web site does not mention the ise which is worrying.
No, the composite/combined quote has not been implemented. That is one of their biggest disadvantages for quotes, charts, time of sales. They are pathetically slow on enhancements, unfortunately.
