most of the time i use scalping by EUR/USD , GBP/USD , i think this is more appropriate for this short time trading approach.
Trading of currency pairs depends on several factors, such as market volatility, liquidity, and the trader's personal strategy. But I usually go for EUR/USD.
I also like to trade EUR/USD and GBP/USD. These pairs have enough volatility during the day and also low spreads.
I would be sure to watch GBP/EUR and USD/JPY as well as USDX, and maybe some Asian exotics. Make sure you keep up on rates if you are in these markets, and make sure you always know where VWAP is.
Trading pairs with moderate volatility allows you to set small stop losses, and also reduces the risk of sharp and unexpected changes. At the same time, the trader is calmer and has less emotions when trading.
Focus on pairs like USD/CAD, USD/JPY, and AUD/USD during the U.S. and Asian sessions (8am-4pm EST). These pairs often have steady volume and volatility during regular daytime trading hours.
