  1. This will start from 2017. So for 2016 no changes, 30% on 4% return.

It is questionable whether this arrangement will hold up in court. Already 15000 people have "objected" officially.

    MASSAAL BEZWAARPROCEDURE VERMOGENSRENDEMENTSHEFFING

  3. About the fiscal transparancy we discussed earlier, the USA has agreements with most european countries to report to each other all fiscal information and bankaccounts. So (almost) no places to hide anymore.

What do you need hide for if you're actually residing in a country with low capital gains tax? You may note that Monaco still isn't on that list. If I wasn't already in the Netherlands, that would be my residency of choice.

  5. These are your words: It is questionable whether this arrangement will hold up in court. Already 15000 people have "objected" officially.

So the situation is apparently not clear. What if the real profits will be charged? This is still possible till the proposition is incorporated in a law, voted and published. You will be toast and will leave The Netherlands within 24 hours if they take the real profits.

I posted about the fiscal transparancy for people who think they can hide their money in Europe. I was thinking about Americans, or people who go offshore or with fake companies or with bank accounts in other countries, while staying in the country where they live.

What do you think I posted this info for in the first place? Your remark about being toast within 24 hours shows you don't understand the intricacies of the legislative process in Holland. Have a nice one.

    Watch here how it goes:

So my statement is correct. If they publish that the real profits will be taken in consideration you will run as hard as you can out of the country.

    Have a nice one too.

Dude, you don't have to lecture me on the legislative process in Holland. I was born, raised and educated in the Netherlands. Just what is your problem, that makes you behave like such an arrogant little prick?

With regard to your last remark: Taxation of realized profits is at the opposite end of the scale. There are no signs at present that that is even remotely considered. So me having to flee from the Netherlands is highly unlikely. No 'Schadenfreude' for you to indulge in there.:p Meanwhile you're paying what in Belgium? 50%? Or are you not totally transparent to the taxman? That would explain why you're sweating bullets about the FACTA-agreements.

  9. I react arrogant to arrogant people. My intuition that lead to my first postings about you were right.

I respect people's privacy so I will never, so also not now, publish anything out of PM's. Reread your PM's about staying or running away to refresh your memory.
The fact that you speak about schadenfreude proofs you have a lot of imagination, paranoia, or a negative vision on life. I don't care about you, so why would i have schadenfreude? Show me were I posted something that confirms your imaginary schadenfreude theory.

You have no clue about my income nor about where I am living now. No 'Schadenfreude' for you to indulge in there. Your remark falls in the category schadenfreude.

You are pathetic and confirmed the Dutch arrogance reputation.

    On ignore.

Well, it looks I hit a sensitive nerve.
Obviously, you've gone back to exhibiting your racist, narrow-minded, arrogant little self again, ever since you offered your apologies to me by PM for being such an ass. Have a nice life!
