OK, it seems like it has been a few weeks since we bitched about comms, what I want to know is.. Who's got the best rates?! NYSE and OTC. For OTC, firms that mark up the ECN fees are disqualified, don't bother! I know this has been discussed relentlessly in the past, but it's an ever changing market for rates out there.
