  2. No pain no gain, my friend.

Here is a good healthy snack idea when you are hungry:

    Peanut butter sandwich!

It fills you up, and it is compact enough to carry it everywhere and eat it when you are hungry. It beats eating chips or other junk foods.

The problem is that it violates one of the four whites, unless I have a PBJ sandwich on wheat. Blah.

I have been having these nut bars. They are tasty and nutritious, but I can easily have five of them.

  4. Nitro, try this. First drink water if you feel hungry. Then you eat something, but you will not eat so much because the water make you feel full.

  9. Nitro, I do not know about the weight lifting for men, but you say before you do wrestle in high school. So I think if you wrestle now, you muscles will remember this moves, and your muscle will come back faster because you do that before. Try that.

Wrestling is the toughest sport I have ever done. They made us train by going up and down several flights of stairs while holding our ankles!! Then we would go on the mat and alternate wrestling every 2 minutes for .30 seconds, until we died of a heart attack or practice was done. You have no idea how exhausting this is.

Yeah, back then I looked like Adonis :D
