  4. TBWs are poor for growth. The best gains are made from involving the CNS heavily in every workout. You do that in TBW, but with limitations. Do one CNS exercise per workout focused on squats, deads, pullups and overheads.

    1: SQUATS, BENCH, triceps
    2: off
    3: OVERHEADS, abs
    4: off
    5: DEADS, PULLUPS, biceps
    6: off
    7: SQUATS, BENCH, triceps

    Interesting on the foods. Thanks!

The exercises when not exercising? No chance. I exercise when I dedicate time to exercise. I live by the dictum, "When hungry, eat", "When tired, sleep", "When horny, Fuck", "When curious, read" etc. But I don't like mixing things too much, especially exercise and other things. Reading and sex, well, after "The Reader" it has been interesting ;-)))

  9. Ok, but to use time to do killing 2 birds with one stone is good for some people that are very busy.
And with sex you are burning the belly fat in the same time if try to or not. :)

I have gained weight, but I am gaining muscle size. My chest is beginning to look like this guy:

In my dreams. Oh well. (no fag jokes) I am not worried about having gained weight. Once I have the desired shape, I will diet and get down to 160 or so and lose mostly fat, with the definition hopefully still there.

I am learning. I will make mistakes, but that is part of the fun!
