  1. I am still at well under maintenance on calories. I am working out as normal. Running stairs (25m/2x daily) and EOD resistance training.

Looks like I was doing my workouts "wrong":

"Warm Up With Cardio, Then Go To Weights. Right? Wrong."

I wasn't totally off as I have lost weight. But I was not doing it efficiently given the way the body works. The logic is, burn the sugar first, then intensify the workout so you get to burn the fat.

"...The optimal workout is a 10-minute warm-up on a low-impact cardio machine followed by 30 minutes of weights and then 30 minutes of intense cardio..."

I was close to this, but close is no cigar. The only thing is, they say you shouldn't lift everyday. How does this suggested routine fit with the rest of the days when you are not lifting? Maybe xp90?

  4. Get a 21g syringe and inject ALCAR into the fat deposits, subq, and make sure to rotate injection sites. Hurts a bit but you will see site reduction.

Yeah, stuff like that probably works. But if this is the extreme I have to go to, I would rather be patient. I think that as my weight goes down, so will the love handles/belly area. I hope. ::GULP::

I always see these movies where some guy has to stick a gigantic needle into his heart to survive (like Nick Cage in "The Rock") I think I would probably die. LOL!

One bad side is, I need a completely new wardrobe my clothes don't fit anymore (t is annoying to constantly have to pull up your pants, and if I let them drop, I look like I am fifteen because you can see my underwear underneath my pants clearly). I look like a scarecrow in them. I could put them in the drier on high heat ;-)

  7. Admittedly, I can't recall the last time I saw the protagonist plunging a syringe into his obliques because he didn't want to get caught dead with trace evidence of love handles.
