Burned 210 calos on the treadmill in half an hour, then did about 40 minutes of weight lifting. In regards to the above comments on nutrition, it all sounds good. The problem is, unless I want to live alone for the rest of my life, I don't think having re-fried black beans every day is a good idea.

The Organic are 35% lower in sodium than the regular. I salt everything and have low-normal BP and HR.
