Yes, it is the very bitter/sour/foul taste that works preventing storage. Body's defense mechanism. But it will play around with your taste nodes. Basically, introducing anything that makes you vomit before eating will prevent weight gain and supress hunger. But who wants to do that? I am not very fond of aerobics for the sake of losing weight. Body-weight exercises are the best and less maintenance friendly...
