You do realize the simple scale suffers from the exact same hydration problem as a bf scale. So what good is a simple scale if its readings are fluctuating due to hydration ?
yes, i do. you tell me if given a choice would you rather rely on a black box "bioimpedence" meter, or gravity and a weight scale to plot the direction of your body mass ?
Cleanly broke the psychological level with one day of workout to go. I will probably also work out on the weekend, but probably lightly. Trying to rotate the muscle groups I do so that I give my body a chance to repair that muscle and grow it back. I didn't have the SBUX oatmeal today and I was definitely having a harder time going all out. In spite of low energy level, I had my hardest workout level yet on the treadmill side. This is almost certainly due to the fact that I am fitter and I am carrying less weight. If I can combine it with a strong showing on the weights as well, I will easily be buring >500 calories per day just excersising. I doubt if this is earth shattering, but of the approximately 2000 calories I eat a day, that means 500 are burned, leaving ~2500 calories a week under the amount to sustain an average adult male body. This appears to equate to about ~2 lbs a week of fat weight loss... I have almost completely cut out white bread and bread in general from my diet. No pasta. Small amounts of sugar.
