Well, when I wrestled, I had to vomit to get to 145 weight by showtime. I am simply not built to be this lite. Not only that, my legs have gotten way stronger since then, so I probably could get down to 155 if I went all out, but 145 is, never-say-never, but I just don't see how it could be. 175 is a comfortable weigth for me. I would be no ironman for sure, but I would have a 33" waist and could maintain it. At 145, I had a 28" waist and I was solid rock. I was also 16.
ok. but one quick question what do you mean i'm not built to be this light? Your 5'8", right? at 145 that puts your BMI square in the middle of "normal weight". (normal weight BMI is 18.5-24.9) at 120lbs you'd still have a normal BMI. (i know 6 footers that weight 135)
Well, I have seen these charts and to me they are outrageous. I suppose if I turned vegetarian and my whole purpose in life was to be thin and strong, I could do it, but I would be miserable. I find nothing attractive about walking sticks, women or men.
i find that you are rather foolish outside your field of expertise. you really don't know how to approach a problem, or even what should be the first few questions you should ask. this is rather surprising to me. to help you think better, with your problem solving and learn more quickly i suggest: http://www.amazon.com/Introduction-...=sr_1_6?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1279647804&sr=1-6
I didnt count my cock at fat weight. Seriously though. I`m not BS`ing, why would I? My rib cage is sticking out. I dont have a 6 pack...more like a 3 pack but I`m not even close to "overweight". I`m vascular on every body part. Not much fat here dude. I am vegan like you...have been for quite some time.
you sound like a healthy weight. your diet rocks. keep up good work ps whats with the 3 pack though..where'd the other 3 go
I hate doing abs. Only reason I have any "packs" is because of the strenuous activity the little yoga I do. yoga rocks btw...
