An Ironman triathlon is 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26mile run. My best time is 10:12 at Ironman Canada 2008. Post your times and I'll tell you where to send the check, lol.
Nice one..... What kind of routine would one have to diligently adhere to in order to get that level of superbody? I'm really curious since I've never really wanted to be big - my goal is to be very very strong without the bulky muscles I have the balance part down so I know that once I develop the right muscles, I will have superhuman strength.... lol :eek:

i know your not this stupid but that just your ego has taken over here. By "vertical" obviously is not meant "perfectly" vertical. Just as the conventional rule for lifting by keeping the back straight does not mean PERFECTLY straight. c'mon man admit it
