  2. You are talking to imbeciles if they have not suggested obvious offshore entities that can trade their funds without any tax bite. Charitable and religious entities exist in many jurisdictions (including charitable and religious trusts) that have compounded returns tax free for generations.

No one would want to bury all their capital in such a vehicle but a family might take great comfort watching a million become ten million over a generation. While it is true that the funds are in fact not even yours many wealthy families the world over have seen control over tax free exempt as an important part of the mix. "Not yours" does not mean the entity does not own a castle or two, that it does not employ a grandchild or ten or have directors who are family that travel to conferences in Nepal, Rio etc. on one of the entities private planes or on transport it charters.

BTW, when (not if) you meet the lawyer/offshore guru/bozo that tells you that you can't take all the same write offs (including those regarding gifts of appreciated property) when donating to foreign entities tell him to familiarize himself with the rules concerning those entities that have essentially the same characteristics as an American 501 (c) (3) ... and then look for a better adviser.

I am not suggesting that this is a route that suits you. But what I am saying if these options (and a few that others that may be even better) have not been presented to you by the advisers you speak of then you are dealing with bottom feeders who like to set up BVI Corps to help people commit tax fraud. Find real people and have real conversations.

As I am not an attorney please take NONE of the above as legal advice.

It's funny you point out antisemitism but leave out racism against black people completely. It's not antisemitism if it's based on first hand experience, it's just common sense.
By the way, the crimes committed offset the contributions quite nicely - how often you hear about jewish organized crime? It's always Italians, Irish and Russians; Gaza anyone?

    Congrats on your big brain.

  5. I think the problem with the U.S. is that what you say is true right now. It won't be true as soon as next year.

If Democrats get even a portion of the tax hikes they are trying to ram through, high tax France will be a tax haven.

The U.S. is self destructing. High tax rates will provide disincentive to work and invest. So, if you're ambitious you not only have to leave the country, but also renounce citizenship to avoid tax slavery. If not, work the minimum amount and try to enjoy your additional free time. Your standard of living will be way lower than your parents and you will never build wealth (you couldn't even if you tried), but at least you won't put forth all the effort to make money that will only be confiscated by the state.

As an immigrant to this country, watching it destroyed by the current administration is a sad day for me.

  6. Speaking of jews.....

To renounce U.S. citizenship, you must have citizenship elsewhere and you must do it outside the United States and pay a capital gains tax on all of your worldwide assets (to be followed by a cap gains tax again when you actually sell the assets). Otherwise, the U.S. will refuse your renouncement.

For those who need quick citizenship, Israel gives Jews citizenship pretty much as soon as your foot hits Israeli soil. Also, places like St. Kitts will give you citizenship in return for a $200K investment in the country.

I really hope the U.S. will pull out of its nosedive, but if it doesn't, people should be prepared.

  7. For the last 10 years, this has been as obvious as the sun rising in the East.

How is it that even those who are paying attention seem to not "get it"?

Electing Obama has HASTENED THE DESTRUCTION OF THE USA!

America FORMERLY was the "last bastion of capitalism, personal freedom, and Constitutional protections of individual property.. a meritocracy".... which is why millions coveted the thought of immigrating here. Not any more, Dorothy. :(

  9. It's a general rule. If no state income tax, then high property tax. Governments need to get their necessary revenues somewhere.
