SMIVX Sound Mind Investing Managed Volatility Fund USMF
SVOAX SEI Institutional Managed Trust Managed Volatility Fund USMF

    some of these?

  4. Why do you think VIX is forward-looking? High VIX values point to an expectation of a large move but nothing can be said about the direction. Ths is hardly "forward-looking".

  5. GS

  6. what else can you use?

  7. As "forward-looking", nothing really. The only thing that can come close to "forward-looking" in the case of trading is high probability setups.

  8. Try a crystal ball mizhael.

And the VIX is not a security.

  9. Gcapman

    Gcapman

all stocks, futures, commodities are forward-looking

  10. Discounting the future and looking into the future are not the same thing.
