I understand, we're all speculating. I'm just trying to figure out what your theory is. Why would Iran ship Israel ammonium nitrate? If they were looking to do an explosive, they have a much easier way of making an explosive.
Probably, a Hezbollah stash of explosives to attack Israel with. Too bad, they detonated their own bombs. Much like the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This is probably, about 5 times those bombs in intensity and strength.
I'm not following you. You believe the nitrate explosion in Lebanon yesterday was about 5 times the strength of the Hiroshima or Nagasaki nuclear detonations?
Sure seems that way. I was just observing the explosion. Mushroom cloud alone seems to be very huge. News reports were there were 2700 tons of Ammonium Nitrate stored in a warehouse. Oklahoma, Timothy McVeigh attack used about 2 tons of Ammonium Nitrate per the news reports.
See your point. If Iran could get a similar destructive device into Israel, I guess they would have done it already. Using ammonium nitrate, as it seems, in large quantities, doesn't seem to raise any alarms(?). Can these people really be that stupid - of storing such a large amount of explosive material in the middle of a city (for years supposedly)? My point is that this seems to be an easy way to get a bomb like device through the ports, hence it could have been a shipment sent from or by Iran to Israel, it went off before arriving to it's destination. Hopefully an honest investigation will give us the answer.
That is probably, what it was or they had rockets and missiles stored with the Ammonium Nitrate. When it ignited, it was a nuclear bomb detonated. Hezbollah purposely, stored rockets and missiles near population centers to deter any Israel attacks on its arsenal.
