Wonder what his out-of-pocket costs were...
    $250?

Members of Congress probably, get treated for free. Also, they get personalized treatment with doctors on call 24/7 in case they suffer a heart attack or stroke. Whatever their health plan, it is not the same Obamacare the rest of us have to put up with! It is gold plated healthcare I am sure when you have doctors waiting on you like maids! Of course, US taxpayers pay for every single perk their hearts desire!

I have the so-called "Cadillac Health Plan" that congress and much of the federal government has.

It isn't what people think. You don't get any different care than anyone else and not everything is 100% covered. There are co-payments for every visit and co-payments on prescriptions and quite often I will get a bill for something that wasn't covered.

Do not remember the member of Congress that suffered a stroke in the capitol but, the doctor was immediately, there and it was reported that they are on call 24/7. This happened a number of years ago. I do remember that members of Congress asked Barack Obama then, to exempt them from features of Obamacare not to their liking. My comments coming only from an article written about it.

  6. Bernie is officially damaged goods now.

The media and apparently his physicians are now confirming that he had a heart attack and not just an arterial obstruction problem.

Might seem like just a small revision in the description of his condition but not to the public.

There's some voters for Pokahonky right there. Might not be immediate but a month will make a lot of difference.

Time for the Comrade to be awarded the Order of Lenin and call it a day except for some campaigning for Poca.

I just heard that Bernie *did* have a heart attack.

That changes everything. I doubt very much that he will be able to continue
