Well... I was thinking of what happened to the Republican House majority after they tried to impeach Bill Clinton. That effort had much less acrimony and Bill actually perjured himself in the process. There was no fake dialog read out in the House, no Schiff or Nadler and no House Speaker tearing up a copy of the SOTU address for theatrics.

Don't underestimate the extent that the rest of us hate Nancy Pelosi and her minions.

  4. Dude, you can hang your hat on that, but you're doomed in Nov. You can rationalize it all you want but the Dem majority just increased by 15-20.

  6. He gotta get his march primaries in first.

I doubt that he will be out by April 1. By April 2, I am not so sure.

His followers, the Squad etc are working on formalizing this Progressive Coalition thing so he has pressure on him to keep their flag flying even if the numbers are against him. As discussed, it get him good coverage. The establish dems want to see them just line up behind Biden and everyone and everything gets peanut-buttered together. The progressives dont want that though. They want to be seen as a minority party now but nevertheless with a separate identity.

If biden can hold his brain together from the conventions to elections he does seem like the favorite over trump right now... unless you go one step deeper....

Can Trump continue to see the massive improvements in the ratings he is seeing from black voters.

Every dem pundit... says the black vote is key to democrat victory.
Well it looks at the moment blexit looks to be a real thing... to some degree.
If trump can hold economy together trough november, I think he could drive a wedge into the democrats be explaining they immigration policy destroys jobs and wages for the black community....
