Bernie Madoff's Son Found Dead

I had the same thought as I read the article. Why would he kill himself with his son in the same apartment? I wonder if the police even thought of this possibility.

His wife said she was getting upsetting e-mails from him so she had her father-in-law check in on him; her father-in-law found him dead.

 

Found dead? Where did he find them, and how many?
God I hope he's OK!
