Not to say they are/were not going to screw him but: 1. America is not ready for progressivism. 2. The Berners' online presence is way bigger than in real life. 3. The youth doesn't vote, period. They might go to a rally, but they don't go to the polling station. 4. The Berners are also sore losers and unable to make deals or get in line (behind the eventual candidate).

Alright, well, as previously discussed when Joe was having his surge, I did not side with those saying that he would drop out by April 1. Nevertheless, the time is nigh. Probably not more than two weeks away. The current atmospherics have messed up his game as much as Joe's. He wanted to hold on and maneuver at the convention, not to win, but to give more visibility to the rising little socialist-progressive movement in the country and to be seen as the father of universal health care and all of that. His last hurrah. Ain't nobody got time for that now. They dont even have time for Joe. And AOC has had a falling out with Bernie and so on and so forth. Bernie is a 60's type of soviet era lefty who thrives on street theater and feisty conventions. Joe doesnt have a clue as to how to campaign online (or anywhere for that matter) or how to deal with the idea of some kind of online virtual convention. But it is even harder on the Comrade. You gonna rally with the Squad and outraged lefties at a virtual convention? Ahhh. no. Dems would like to think that everyone has made a great choice with Biden, so Bernie needs to step aside, but that is not the mood at all, is it? It is more like "why bother Bernie? we know where this is headed with Joe and we are fucked, and we have a national emergency going on...and oh by the way on those days when we are still looking....it is at Cuomo...not you Bernie." womp....womp....womp. Yeah,takes a real genius to know the end was near for Bernie. Now shamelessly quote all those Horowitz predictions,Warren will be the nominee predictions,Biden will never be the nominee predictions etc.
My prediction is Biden will drop out by summer due to either dementia related problems or he'll catch the China virus and Bernie will jump back in the race.
