Fl has 1.6 million new eligible voters in 2020 and Bernies policies are much better for them than Trumps.Florida could be an entirely different state politically with this many new eligible voters.

Dems completely took over VA after felons were allowed to vote.

Trump loses almost every matchup with top 2020 Democrats in Florida, Wisconsin and Michigan, polls find

    WILLIAM CUMMINGS | USA TODAY | 6:05 pm EST January 16, 2020

WASHINGTON – Most of the top Democratic candidates hold narrow leads over President Donald Trump in the key states of Michigan, Wisconsin and Florida, according to three recent polls.

In the swing state of Florida, which has broken for the winner by slim margins in the last six presidential elections, former Vice President Joe Biden edged out Trump 51.4%-48.6% in a hypothetical matchup, according to a poll from Florida Atlantic University.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., performed even better, beating the president 52.9%-47.1%. Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts led Trump by less than 2 percentage points, 50.8%-49.2%. And the poll found former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg in a 50%-50% tie with the president

Sadly, the governor has overruled the will of the people and has criminalized ex-felon voting, disenfranchising them.

Though it seems SCOTUS will yet again play a part in giving the GOP the presidency:

Your hardon with these polls, have you considered that Trump hasn't even really pushed back on Bernie.

Think that Russian honeymoon with glowing travel story by Mr. and Mrs Bernie and the Castro love affair won't get hammered quite a bit?

    U.S.
NEW FLORIDA 2020 POLL SHOWS TRUMP IN TROUBLE AGAINST BLOOMBERG, BIDEN, SANDERS AND WARREN

    U.S. FLORIDA ELECTION 2020 POLL

A new poll shows that President Donald Trump is either behind or in dead heat with four of his Democratic challengers in Florida.

The results of the University of North Florida/First Coast News poll, which came from interviews with 725 Florida voters between February 16 and 18, were published Wednesday, according to First Coast News. The margin of error was plus or minus 3.6 percent.

Among other questions, pollsters asked respondents whom they would vote for if the general election were that day and they had to decide between Trump and one of the Democratic candidates.

The poll revealed that businessman and former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg would fare best against Trump in the Sunshine State if he was the Democratic nominee and the election was on the day the poll was taken. Fifty percent of all respondents said they would vote for Bloomberg, while 44 percent would support Trump's re-election and 6 percent were undecided.

Former Vice President Joe Biden performed only slightly better than Trump. The poll showed that 49 percent of respondents said they would vote for Biden, while 48 percent would support Trump and 3 percent were not sure.

The president and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, who narrowly lost to former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg in Iowa's delegate count but won the New Hampshire primary, had equal support among poll respondents. Forty-eight percent of respondents said they would vote for Sanders if he was the nominee and the election were held that day, and 48 percent said they would support Trump. Meanwhile, 4 percent of respondents said they were undecided.

Court sides with ex-felons who challenged Florida voting requirement

A federal appeals court on Wednesday upheld an injunction of a Florida law that barred ex-felons from voting if they had not paid fines and other fees related to their sentences.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit agreed with a previous district court's rule halting the law, which was passed by state Republicans in 2019 after a constitutional amendment went through the year prior enfranchising former felons. The three-judge panel ruled that the law violates the Equal Protection Clause because it unconstitutionally bars a class of felons from voting based only on their wealth

"It is undeniable that the [law's legal financial obligation] requirement punishes those who cannot pay more harshly than those who can," the appeals court said Wednesday. "We affirm the district court's preliminary injunction enjoining the defendants ... from preventing the plaintiffs from voting based solely on their genuine inability to pay legal financial obligations."

The amendment to Florida's constitution was first passed in the 2018 midterms, with nearly 65 percent of voters choosing to allow 1.4 million convicted felons to vote following their release from incarceration.

Of course he's been ahead, he's had the full Dem party, the deep state and the media pounding on Trump daily while Trump hasn't needed to even pay attention to Bernie.

They won't care what Trump call him? Okay.

    Will they care about this?
