Fed Reserve is the new comedy club. It should be interesting to see if Helicopter Ben outlines how, when and where his whirly birds are to drop money on the crowds to prop up the economy. Or is the Fed going to create an "Other" column in the ledger to buy stocks to get the wealth effect going again.
