do you have any idea what the hell is causing you to act the way you do when faced with facts contrary to your world view? a Century and half? Where the hell do you get your facts... msnbc?

More than a few years ago John Paul II affirmed a 50 year old papal declaration by pope Pius that evolution might be an accurate way to describe what has been happening.

And since it generally takes a long time before popes even write about an issue.. It seems the church was on board pretty early with the idea that evolution does not necessarily contradict faith.

Regarding theistic evolution - you have tried in vain to prove its wrong here for years. You have no proof any other view is superior.... give it rest.

"Theistic evolution and evolutionary creationism are similar concepts that assert that classical religious teachings about God are compatible with the modern scientific understanding about biological evolution. In short, theistic evolutionists believe that there is a God, that God is the creator of the material universe and (by consequence) all life within, and that biological evolution is simply a natural process within that creation. Evolution, according to this view, is simply a tool that God employed to develop human life."

  2. Why did Darwin when he discover evolution become atheist like some say?
If god gave Darwin intelligence to discover evolution,(and evolution is creation of god) why does Darwin reject god when he discovers evolution?

    Well? Do you?

For just one example contrary to your world view, tell it to John Augustine Zahm, a Catholic Priest , whose book 'Evolution and Dogma' in which he stated Evolution and the Bible did not conflict (yeah right) , had his rather futuristic vaticinate thrown onto the ever growing pyre of the Catholic Church's Index of Forbidden Books and made to withdraw it from publication. At the same time by the way, Pope Leo XII was condemning the heresy of Americanism thank you very much

Don't even know about your own Church, you just slavishly, thoughtlessly , blindly and ignorantly follow.

Obviously you include dreams in part of your world view. I've tried no such thing. There is nothing to prove wrong about words that contradict each other, apart from the fact that they contradict each other.

Theistic and Evolution go together like alien and apple pie.
They don't even make it to wrong.

    How entertaining...

First there was nothing. Then it exploded. And here we are! It's totally scientific. Just look at this chart in my 5th grade public school science book. It proves it all and it was 500 bazillion years ago and Al Gore said so too. He's a scientist and invented the internet so you know it's true!!! (Now that takes faith). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BnFJ8cHAlco

Silly finite man, smug and secure in his self-saving childlike conclusions regarding an infinite being. Where is the edge of space? You don't know, but you've got God figured out? Confucius say, "He who keep head in sand look like ass."

    Sheep following the wrong shepherd:D
    Sad, but entertaining.
